    Hi there…Exercising will work the pectoral muscle and that will pull your breasts up when the muscle gets stronger. The larger your breasts are, the harder you will have to keep at it. Breasts are made also up of fat which is why so many women lose a bra size when they lose weight. If a woman is too lean, she can lose much of her breast size, which is where you see those body builder types you mentioned.

    Umm doesn’t exercising make u’r boobs rather become flatter ? I’ve seen many women exercise and normally yes your breasts get tight but they get tight and flat against your chest, like those body builders. It isnt so nice. & can u tell me, what if you already have heavy breasts like a C or D and they R already slightly on the saggy side, u think u can still work those boobs to stand up??

    You should see results in less than a month if you are doing the exercises 3 times per week. Try to do three different chest exercises with 10 repetitions for 4 sets of each exercise. Many people prefer to do more reps but I find it better to do a heavier weight less times for more definition.

    LOL yes it does…anytime you use added weights it helps strengthen the pectoral muscles. (including just using your body weight such as pushups)

    I also started around your age! You look great and the dancing helps out a lot to keep your body toned. I loved your videos. Taking days off is healthy but I try not to go too fast food. I have a thing about empty calories! (Except for Miss Vickie’s Salt & Vinegar chips & french fries lol) Thanks for subscribing, I subbed back! xo Susan

    I’m doing this stuff at age 21 just so I will already be in the habit and there will be minimal change to my body. :) I admit that I relish in taking “days off” or eating fast food when I am craving it though. XD

    Push up bra will change the appearance when you have it on, but once you take it off, you don’t want to have to stand in front of the mirror with sagging breasts…

    That is a given…Push up Bras are the #1 accessory in most girl’s closets. Victoria Secret is a huge success because of it…xo
